Acceptance & responsibility

  1. Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

Full payment for your stay will be taken within 5 days of arrival.
Payments of the amount/s due must be received in Australian $ net of any bank or other transaction charges.

Please ensure that you have funds available to cover the payments within the specified time limits or the Booking will be cancelled automatically without notice or liability.

We accept payment by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or direct deposit into our bank account.

At time of booking you will be required to provide a valid credit card.

Cancellation or variation

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION
If you cancel within five days of your stay you are not eligible for a refund.

Non-smoking property

This is a non smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and all internal common areas (the foyers, stairwell, lifts and garage level).  If there has been smoking in the apartment we will impose a financial levy against you of $500.

Pets

  1. No Pets are allowed at the Property.

Guest and visitor responsibilities

  1. Guests and Visitors must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from Management.
  2. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
  3. The property should be vacated on time and secured. the car removed from the carpark and all keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
  4. No drying of clothes or linen is allowed on balconies (body corporate rule).
