Acceptance & responsibility

  1. Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

  1. A non refundable deposit equal to the value of the first nights booking must be received to confirm the booking.
  2. Where your stay commences less than 4 weeks from the time of Booking, the full booking amount must be paid at the time of booking.
  3. Payment in full must be received no later than 28 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation or variation

  1. If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking, please contact us immediately on 0437 083 477.
  2. Your deposit (first night’s stay) is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
  3. An administration charge of $25 will be charged for any variation or cancellation
  4. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Security deposit

  1. At the commencement of the booking an amount of $100 is authorised against your credit card as a security deposit.

Non-smoking property

  1. This is a non smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and all internal common areas (the foyers, stairwell, lifts and garage level).  If there has been smoking in the apartment we will impose a financial levy against you of $500.

Pets

  1. NO Pets are allowed at the Property.

Guest and visitor responsibilities

  1. Guests and Visitors must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from Management.
  2. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
  3. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked, the car removed from the carpark and all keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
